What are you afraid of and why? How can you help yourself bring it all into perspective and overcome those fears? Honesty is the best policy, even if it\u2019s with yourself.<\/p>\n Stop worrying about what everyone else is doing and focus on yourself.\u00a0<\/strong>What makes you a total GirlBoss? It\u2019s your unique ability to do what you do best, and that means forgetting all the noise out there. Have the self-confidence to go out there into the world with your ideas, your way of doing things and your process. Who cares what everyone else is doing? They\u2019re not you.
