Through its signature pop-up experience, the Equality Lounge\u00ae, along with the Global Exchange and advisory services, The Female Quotient has created an international community of women rising to catalyze change. A firm believer in giving back with generosity, Zalis is a proud mentor to women around the world.<\/p>\n<p>Shelley authors a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/shelleyzalis\/#31fdeedb1719\">Forbes<\/a>\u00a0column that provides virtual mentorship for women in middle management.
