You\u2019re hungry and you need a little something, but you just can\u2019t find a snack that fills you up for a healthy number of calories. When I need a quick, <strong>low calorie snack<\/strong>, I keep this list of\u00a0<strong>15 snacks under 50 calories<\/strong> in my back pocket!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>15 Snacks Under 50 Calories<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Bell peppers<\/strong>. Delicious and crunchy one slice of bell pepper has just 2 calories!<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Hummus<\/strong>. One of my fave go-to snacks. Packing just 23 calories per tablespoon, pair that with a 2 calorie slice of bell pepper and you have a\u00a0great\u00a0under 50 calorie snack!<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Strawberries<\/strong>. The perfectly sweet, but healthy snack has just 4 calories per berry.<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Dill pickles<\/strong>. For only 8 calories per pickle, this snack will fulfill your crunch and salt craving in an instant.<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Grapefruit<\/strong>. Great for a snack or breakfast, it has lots of vitamin C. For only 39 calories, you can have a half of one.<\/p>\n<p>6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Popcorn<\/strong>. Not movie popcorn, but air popped and butter free, one whole cup has just 31 calories!<\/p>\n<p>7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>\u00a0Cucumber<\/strong>. Seem like a funny snack? It\u2019s actually perfect for a\u00a0hot day. Mostly made of water, you can nosh a whole cup of cucumber for only 14 calories.<\/p>\n<p>8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Cantaloupe<\/strong>. This delicious fruit is full of fiber and has only 24 calories in an 1\/8 of a melon.<\/p>\n<p>9.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Apricots.<\/strong> Juicy and filling, apricots are the perfect, 17 calorie addition to this list of\u00a015 snacks under 50 calories.<\/p>\n<p>10.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>\u00a0\u00a0Egg whites<\/strong>. At a mere 20 calories per white, eggs are filled with protein, which means a scrambled egg white will really keep you satisfied.<\/p>\n<p>11.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Olives<\/strong>. Filled with good fats, five olives have only 26 calories and are the perfect addition to a small salad.<\/p>\n<p>12.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Grapes<\/strong>. Packed with good-for-you things like antioxidants, 10 grapes are a great snack at only 35 calories.<\/p>\n<p>13.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Raisins<\/strong>. Sweet, chewy and delicious, one small packet of raisins is the ideal 42 calorie snack.<\/p>\n<p>14.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Kiwi fruit<\/strong>. Known also to improve sleep (yes, really!) one kiwi is a tart 47 calorie option.<\/p>\n<p>15.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Watermelon<\/strong>.
